Shipping and Returns


At our store, we prioritize swift and efficient shipping to ensure you receive your orders promptly. For orders placed before 2pm PST, we strive to ship them out on the same day, so you can start enjoying your products as soon as possible.

Transit times may vary depending on the carrier and location from where the item is coming from, but we are committed to delivering within these estimated timeframes:

  • Standard Economy Shipping (US): Most often you can expect to receive your package within 10 business days from the date of shipment. Our reliable shipping partners will make sure your items are handled with care during transit.

    • Note* Items on the site are sourced from various places including outside the United States. Items sent from overseas may have a longer delivery time. Although we strive to do the best that we can, every once in a while there are situations that come up and are outside of our control. We are working to improve delivery each day as these. Our support team is in your corner with each of these so if you have a question please send a message through the contact us page with your order number. 


Local inventory orders are shipped daily from M-F. You can expect your order to ship the day following your order. Any orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship the following Monday. 

Please note that shipping times may differ slightly due to unique dimensions. In most cases, we use USPS Ground for shipments, which may take up to 10 days for delivery.

For any specific shipping queries or concerns, our customer support team is always here to assist you. Shop with confidence, knowing that your orders are in good hands. 


Our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item in your order, you can return it to us within 60 days from the delivery date, and we will credit you for the entire amount of the item, provided it meets the specified criteria below.

Please note that certain exceptions apply and do not qualify for a refund. These include:

(a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new.

(b) Items that are special ordered and cannot be returned.

For returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees and/or package insurance. Although a return authorization number is not mandatory, please ensure you include your order number with the product(s) being sent back for return or refund. To safeguard your return, we strongly recommend insuring the package and obtaining a tracking number. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned packages during transit by carriers.

When returning products please include all accompanying items. Returns sent without these items may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

To ensure the safe return of your item(s), we recommend using the original packaging or a similar shipping tube that your item(s) were initially sent in.

Before sending items back, kindly confirm that you are returning them to the correct seller. Items sent to us that were not originally purchased from will not be our responsibility.
